Open, modular formats — flat rack, open side, hard top — meet the requirements for handling large structural parts without disassembly. Flat rack container
The flat rack accommodates heavy, long, or oversized loads that cannot fit inside a closed box. It makes visible lashing and handling by crane or heavy forklift easier.

Open side container (side opening)
The side opening gives access to the entire length of the container. This format simplifies loading long parts, racks, or tooling without having to push them in from the rear doors.

Clean room container (fitted-out)
The clean room module is configured according to the required cleanliness class: smooth panels, airlock, filtration, lighting, access control, and technical networks. It creates a clean zone independent of the main building.

Can a container be installed directly on an airport tarmac?
Yes, if the site operator authorizes it and if safety, traffic, and anchoring constraints are respected. We prepare the technical information needed to facilitate internal approval.
How do you load a very heavy aerospace part into a closed container?
The choice depends on the part and the handling equipment. A hard top allows top loading while protecting the load afterward. An open side makes side loading easier, and a flat rack suits oversized parts.
Do you offer insulated containers to protect sealants or adhesives?
Yes. Depending on the sensitivity of the product, we can direct you to an insulated, refrigerated, or fitted-out container with ventilation and temperature control. Storage conditions are defined based on the technical data sheets of the consumables.
Can the container floor be damaged by aggressive hydraulic fluids (Skydrol)?
For aggressive fluids, direct contact with a standard floor should be avoided. Floor protection, containment, or a specific coating can be provided depending on the product and the volumes stored.
