What is a used 10 ft bungalow?
The used 10 ft bungalow is a habitable module, previously used and then refurbished. Its purchase price is lower than that of a new model. The casing is made of galvanized and lacquered steel sheet, a sheet protected against rust by a zinc coating, with insulation built into the walls.
Before being put back on sale, the insulation is checked, the floor inspected or replaced depending on its condition, and the openings tested at the depot. As the most compact format in the range, its usable area is 7.27 m²: a space designed for a single workstation.
