The casing is made of galvanized and lacquered steel sheet, a sheet protected against rust by a zinc coating, with insulation built into the walls and an interior finish in melamine panels.
The wood or plywood floor resists moisture. Windows and a standard door provide light and access. Its usable area of 22.2 m² makes it possible to fit out a multi-purpose room or multi-room housing.

A converted container starts from a maritime casing made of Corten steel; a thick steel designed for transport. It's converted afterward: added insulation, interior lining, openings cut into the sheet metal. The bungalow, on the other hand, is designed from the outset for habitation: thinner galvanized steel, insulation built into the structure, windows and door sized right from manufacturing.
