What is an SOC (Shipper Owned Container)?
This is a container owned by the shipper or directly by the freight forwarder. It does not belong to the shipping line (COC). Buying and using an SOC is highly advantageous. It avoids paying shipowners heavy late fees (demurrage and detention).
Do you provide certificates for exporting goods?
Yes. If you buy a container for export, we provide technical support. We supply a so-called Cargo Worthy unit. It carries a certified, valid CSC plate. This is essential for the box to be accepted without issue by shipping lines.
How do you secure a transit container on my logistics yard?
The container already locks securely with its original heavy-duty locking bars. For maximum protection against nighttime theft, we have a radical solution. We weld a heavy, solid steel lock box onto the doors. You then fit an armored padlock that is very hard to saw through or force open.
Can I rent containers to handle a sudden spike in activity?
Absolutely. Rental is a logistics solution highly valued by freight forwarders. It lets you increase your temporary transit storage capacity. You simply return the equipment once the season or activity peak is over. You have no long-term maintenance costs.
