The used 10ft office container is a prefabricated work module, previously in service and then refurbished. Its purchase price is lower than that of a new model. The box is made of galvanized steel sheet, a sheet protected from rust by a zinc coating, with integrated thermal and acoustic insulation.
Before resale, the insulation and interior lining are refurbished at depot. The usable floor area is 7.27 m², for an empty weight of 1,290 kg. Side windows and a standard door provide light and access.
