What is a new 20ft office container?
The 20ft office container is a prefabricated work module: an office space finished at the factory, delivered ready to use. This is a new unit, in first-trip condition. The box is made of galvanized and lacquered steel sheet, a sheet protected from rust by a zinc coating, with thermal and acoustic insulation built into the walls.
The interior is finished with melamine panels, and the wood or plywood floor resists moisture. Side windows and a standard door provide light and access. The usable floor area is 14.74 m², for an empty weight of 1,600 kg.
