What is a used 40ft Tank shipping container?
The used 40ft Tank container is the long format for bulk liquid transport, previously in service and then refurbished. "In bulk" means unpackaged: the liquid is loaded directly into an integrated steel tank. Its purchase price is lower than that of a new first-trip model, for identical capacity.

Before resale, the long tank is refurbished at depot: seal tested, valves inspected or replaced, pressure gauges checked. The Corten steel box, a self-weathering steel that resists marine corrosion on its own, retains its original welded 40ft structure.
