This container is the pivot maritime format in the offshore segment. "DNV Offshore" means it is certified DNV 2.7-1, the mandatory standard for handling at sea. The "first-trip" designation means it is a new unit, straight from the factory after a single positioning journey. The standard 8'6" (2.591 m) height accommodates all standardized offshore equipment.

It is the benchmark format for North Sea operations: operating oil platforms, offshore wind farms, supply vessels. The new structure combines a Corten steel box, a self-weathering steel that naturally resists marine corrosion, fully welded, and a steel floor.
The lifting equipment is complete: reinforced chassis, anti-slip pads on the underside, forged steel rings standardized to DNV, and a spreader bar, the lifting beam that distributes the load across the four corners, included, compatible with every DNV-certified crane.

The DNV 2.7-1 standard, now designated DNVGL-ST-E271, is issued by Det Norske Veritas, the Norwegian maritime certification body.
